JARECO, Japan America Real Estate Coalition Office is a group of academic and real estate professionals and a non-profit organization committed to the implementation of global real estate transaction system and development of Japanese real estate market.

JARECO and NAR (National Association of Realtors) have signed a significant Bilateral Cooperation Agreement. The cooperation creates possibilities to catch real estate market’s latest trends from over 100 organized real estate associations across more than 75 countries. With NAR’s impressive resources, we aim to support and educate members of JARECO to work on an international level.

I. JARECO-EYE (Information Dissemination)
•    NAR Communications: Updates from NAR Japan Ambassadors and Japanese agents residing overseas.

•    Planning a One-Day Japanese Real Estate Experience Program led by U.S. realtors
•    Planning a U.S. Homestay Program

III. Expansion of International Partnerships (MOU)
